This Privacy Policy explains how Inner Digital collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, sign in to our applications (including via Google or other identity providers), or use our managed IT and related services.

1. Who we are

Inner Digital is a managed IT and digital services provider. We operate marketing websites and authenticated applications that help clients and authorized users access support, directory, and related business tools.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Account and identity information

• Name, email address, and profile details provided by you or by your organization's directory
• Authentication identifiers from sign-in providers (for example Google), such as account ID, email, and basic profile fields returned by that provider
• Organization, role, and group membership when your administrator connects a directory for sync or access control

Usage and technical information

• Device, browser, and approximate location derived from IP address
• Log data such as timestamps, pages or features accessed, and diagnostic events
• Cookies or similar technologies needed for session security and preferences

Support and communications

• Content of tickets, emails, chat, or forms you send us
• Call recordings or notes where permitted and disclosed

Customer systems we manage (service delivery)

When we provide managed IT services under a client agreement, we may process additional business data on the client's instructions (for example mailbox metadata, device inventory, or backup status). That processing is governed by the client agreement and applicable law, not this consumer-facing website policy alone.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as government ID numbers or precise health data) through our public website or Google sign-in flow unless you or your organization deliberately provide them for a specific service.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Authenticate users and operate our websites and portals
• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve our services
• Sync or display directory and license information when a client has authorized that integration
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the services
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with law and enforce our agreements

4. Google sign-in and OAuth

If you choose "Sign in with Google," Google authenticates you and shares limited profile information with our application according to your Google account settings and the permissions you approve. We use that information only to create or access your session and to provide the portal features you are authorized to use. We do not sell Google account data. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account security settings.

Our Google Cloud OAuth application branding and authorized domains are configured for Inner Digital. Redirect handling for some hosted applications may use infrastructure operated by our application platform providers (for example Base44) solely to complete the login flow.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers that host applications, email, analytics, or security tooling under contract, who may process data only to provide services to us
• Your organization if you access a client or employer portal; administrators there may see activity associated with your account
• Professional advisors and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections

We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. Where we use optional analytics cookies, we will describe them in context or allow you to manage preferences where required by law.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including security, legal, and accounting requirements, or as directed by a client agreement for managed services data. When retention ends, we delete or de-identify information where feasible.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email solutions@innerdigital.com. We may need to verify your identity. If you use an account through your employer or our client, some requests may need to go through that organization's administrator.

You may also update profile information where available, revoke Google access from your Google Account, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages (service and security messages may still be sent).

10. Children's privacy

Our websites and portals are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access our services from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where we or our providers operate, with safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the service where appropriate.
